  1. 1 Acceptance

    By using our website, or by buying or wearing a Gekke Ontwerpen product, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA), in addition to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the product.

  2. 2 What This Covers

    • The designs printed on or attached to our products.
    • Everything on our website: illustrations, photos, text, layout, animations, and code.
    • The Gekke Ontwerpen name, logo, and lettering.
    • Any digital extras we hand out, such as wallpapers or stickers.

  3. 3 Grant of License

    Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view our website and to use our products and digital extras for personal purposes. When you buy a shirt, the shirt is yours. The design on it stays ours.

  4. 4 Permitted Use

    • Wear it. Loudly, and wherever you like.
    • Give the item away, or resell that same physical item second-hand.
    • Photograph or film yourself or others wearing it and share that, including on social media.
    • Share links to our website and images of our products when talking about us, as long as it is clear they are ours.

  5. 5 Restrictions

    • You may not copy, scan, trace, or redraw our designs in order to reproduce them, on clothing or on anything else.
    • You may not upload our designs to print-on-demand services, marketplaces, or stock libraries.
    • You may not sell products that imitate our designs closely enough to be mistaken for ours.
    • You may not use our name, logo, or lettering in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you.
    • You may not use our designs or website content to train, fine-tune, or prompt image-generation software to produce imitations of our work.
    • You may not copy the website's code, layout, or content to build another store.

    Want to do something that is not allowed here, such as a collaboration or press use? Ask us. We tend to say yes to good ideas.

  6. 6 Third-Party Platforms

    Checkout and some product information are provided through Etsy, which we do not own or control. This EULA only covers what is ours; it does not change Etsy's own terms. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Our website uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

  7. 7 No Warranty for the Website

    The website is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. This does not affect the legal guarantee on products you buy.

  8. 8 Termination

    This license ends automatically if you break this EULA. That does not affect your ownership of items you have bought, but it does end your right to use our digital content.

  9. 9 Relationship to Other Policies

    This EULA works alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Where this EULA is silent, the Terms of Service apply.

  10. 10 Changes to This Agreement

    We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
